- Examine Patients who have ear problems
- Go over results
- Diagnose the patient
- Prescribe medicine
- Must be patient
- Problem solver

- Must have compassion
- Must be good at talking
Salary:
- $75,920 as of 2018
- $36.50 per hour
Education:
- Doctoral degree
- Pass anatomy, physiology, genetics, normal and abnormal communication development, diagnosis and treatment, pharmacology, and ethics courses
- Licensed required from all states
