Duties and responsibilities:
- Create health plans for patients
- Give resources to the people who need it.
- Keep charts of people so you know who is who and who is there for the specific reason.
- Talk to other physicians who may help you with a patient regarding other health issues.
- Give classes to your patients

- Must obtain at least a bachelors degree in health

I would like to become one because I like to work with other people and my dream job is to be a teacher so me doing this seems to be an okay career pathway.
